Our Support Center includes our Knowledgebases, FAQs, and continuously updated as new issues are found out. This should be the first place to look before you contact our support team to make sure what your inquring about hasnt already been addressed previously.

Our primary support email address, usually it will take us 12-24Hrs to reply to your query during the weekdays and 24-48Hrs during the weekends.

Users of the Microsoft MSN Messenger Instant Messaging System can use Messenger to contact our support team also. Simply add either of the two to your list to contact us.
NOTE: Please refrain from messaging us for non-support related questions. This method should only be used for resolving problems quickly on a one to one basis. While the accounts are online 24x7 it will be set to "Away" Status, if we are not available at the time you message us and you are not there when we are around to reply we will email you to the account that you were using to message us initially.
